Stable BL: GABLS1

The GABLS1 case simulates a stably stratified nocturnal boundary layer driven by a prescribed surface cooling rate of 0.25 K hr^-1 over a 9-hour period (Beare et al. 2006, Boundary-Layer Meteorology, 118, 247-272). The reference domain is 400 m x 400 m x 400 m.
